  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
  3. Add the beef to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the broccoli and marinated beef on a sheet pan.
  5. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until beef is cooked and broccoli is tender.
