  4. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled.
  7. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into portions.
  8. Shape each portion into a ball and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Roll out the dough into your desired shape and top with your favorite ingredients.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 minutes.
