A delicious and refreshing dinner option featuring salmon baked with sweet pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
  4. Add pineapple chunks on top of the salmon.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
