  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pineapple, olive oil, salt, pepper, ginger, soy sauce, and honey.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the pineapple mixture evenly on top of the salmon.
