- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic until cooked through.
