A delicious and creamy chicken carbonara recipe, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 150 grams turkey bacon
  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Add the chicken ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water. Add spaghetti to the skillet.
  5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use pancetta instead of turkey bacon.
  • Ensure the heat is off when adding the egg mixture to prevent scrambling.
