This Cajun Potato Soup combines the rich flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham for a comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
