  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in diced apples and pour over the crust.
