1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups diced apples
½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Fold in diced apples, then pour mixture over the crust in the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Allow to cool.
