  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in diced apples, then pour mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Allow to cool.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use Brown Sugar instead of regular sugar in the cream cheese mixture.
