This chicken potato soup is hearty and easy to make, featuring turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are soft.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and heavy cream. Heat through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with crispy bacon.
