- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
