  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  5. Stir in the broccoli florets and add a splash of water.
  6. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  7. Serve hot, over rice or noodles.

Notes
