  • 1 pound beef, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and beef broth to the pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in oyster sauce and cook for another 2 minutes until broccoli is tender.
