  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, green onions, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture into the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and seal tightly.
  4. Steam the dumplings in a steamer basket for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with additional soy sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • These dumplings can be frozen before steaming for later use.
