  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in oyster sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sesame oil during cooking.
  • Serve with steamed jasmine rice for a complete meal.
