  • 250 grams smoked sausages
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and paprika, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and smoked sausages to the pot.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes.
  • This dish can also be served with crusty bread.
