- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package tater tots
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
- In a large bowl, mix the turkey bacon, chicken ham, corn, black beans, and half of the cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
