1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 burger buns
4 slices cheese (optional)
1 cup lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into burger patties.
Grill or pan-fry the turkey patties on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
If desired, add a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
To assemble, spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, add lettuce, the turkey patty, turkey bacon, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
