  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto 4 slices of bread, then place the other 4 slices on top to make sandwiches.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
  4. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  5. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
