  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it over the potatoes.
  4. Add the chicken ham on top of the bacon.
  5. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
