  • 8 ounces medium shell pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the beef broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer and then stir in the shell pasta. Cook according to pasta package instructions until al dente.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a little kick, add red pepper flakes to taste.
