A delicious twist on a classic Italian dish, featuring creamy sauce, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 200 grams turkey bacon
  • 150 grams chicken ham
  • 300 grams spaghetti
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Add chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with bacon and ham, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
  5. Toss everything together over low heat until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
