Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add them to the pan.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with crumbled turkey bacon and serve warm.
