- 3 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese over the first layer of potatoes.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
