A delicious and comforting dish of creamy scalloped potatoes combined with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese over the first layer of potatoes.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

  • For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary.
  • Make sure to slice the potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
