- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add diced chicken ham, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until onion is translucent.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add heavy cream and lasagna noodles; reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender.
- Mix in Italian seasoning, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
