A delicious and comforting Creamy White Lasagna Soup infused with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add diced chicken ham, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add heavy cream and lasagna noodles; reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender.
  5. Mix in Italian seasoning, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
