  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 8 ounces pasta (like fettuccine or penne)

Instructions

  1. Add chicken breasts to the crock pot.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and add heavy cream.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, diced tomatoes, and spinach.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
