  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 2 hours.
  3. In a bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and coat each breast with the parmesan mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
