- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked rice and chicken broth.
- Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken over the rice mixture.
