  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
  4. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Once potatoes are tender, use an immersion blender to blend until creamy.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper.
  7. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chives before serving.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, use a potato masher instead of an immersion blender for a chunkier texture.
