- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
- Add diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Once potatoes are tender, use an immersion blender to blend until creamy.
- Stir in the heavy cream, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chives before serving.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, use a potato masher instead of an immersion blender for a chunkier texture.
