  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. Top with a layer of cheddar cheese and half of the heavy cream.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
