  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, cut the biscuit dough into quarters and drop them on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover and cook until the biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
