- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- Place chicken thighs at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with chicken broth and seasonings. Pour over the chicken.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cut biscuit dough into quarters and stir into the mixture.
- Cook until dumplings are fluffy.
- Serve warm.
