An easy and delicious recipe for Egg Fried Rice with a twist of turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same pan, add olive oil and scramble the eggs.
  3. Add cooked rice, chopped turkey bacon, peas, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until heated through.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some sesame oil.
  • You can substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
