- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions, garlic powder, cumin, and salt; cook until onions are translucent.
- Stir in half of the enchilada sauce.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
