  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add onions, garlic powder, cumin, and salt; cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in half of the enchilada sauce.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
