  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or filet mignon)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet over high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter, and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
