  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit in your hand.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the sides over to seal.
  6. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some cooked bacon bits to the filling.
