  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and garlic; sauté until softened.

  3. Add the orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions.
