  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, peas)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken breasts and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Serve hot.
