- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add chicken ham to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the chicken broth, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted and combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with the chopped turkey bacon.
