A delicious twist on the traditional Philly cheesesteak, these Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups are made with turkey bacon for a healthier option.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until they’re soft.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Lay out each slice of turkey bacon and place the sautéed mixture and shredded provolone cheese on top.
  5. Roll up the turkey bacon around the filling and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
