Enjoy a delightful dish of layered zucchini ricotta melts topped with marinara sauce.

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the zucchini slices, followed by half of the ricotta cheese.
  4. Add a layer of marinara sauce, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
