Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice the carrots into uniform pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and carrots with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and maple syrup.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon over the top.
