  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Once meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
  5. To assemble sliders, place a meatball on each slider bun, top with mozzarella cheese, and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
