1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups marinara sauce
8 slider buns
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Once meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
To assemble sliders, place a meatball on each slider bun, top with mozzarella cheese, and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
