1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 pounds potatoes
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them until tender.
Drain the potatoes, then mash them with milk and butter until smooth.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
