Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the mixture. Gradually stir in the flour until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  7. Spread Nutella evenly over the dough and then roll it up tightly.
  8. Place the rolled dough into a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing.
