- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add Arborio rice and toast for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add back the chicken, cover, and cook until rice is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until well combined, then serve.
