One Pan Creamy Parmesan Chicken and Rice

A delicious one pan meal featuring creamy parmesan chicken and rice that is both comforting and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add Arborio rice and toast for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add back the chicken, cover, and cook until rice is tender.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until well combined, then serve.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding sautĆ©ed vegetables.
  • This dish can be frozen for future meals.
