A delicious twist on a classic pasta dish featuring bucatini pasta, turkey bacon, and chicken ham for a lighter yet satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams bucatini pasta
  • 150 grams turkey bacon
  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bucatini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, sauté turkey bacon and chicken ham in olive oil until crisp.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain pasta and quickly mix it with the meat in the pan.
  5. Remove from heat and add the egg mixture, stirring quickly to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add a splash of reserved pasta water to the sauce.
