- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper and fold the wrapper over to seal.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add dumplings and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the cover and cook for another minute to crisp up.
- Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
