  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper and fold the wrapper over to seal.
  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Add dumplings and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the cover and cook for another minute to crisp up.
  7. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • These dumplings can be made ahead and frozen before cooking.
