- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and corn starch until well combined.
- Lay out dumpling wrappers and place a small scoop of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrappers with water, fold in half, and press to seal.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil and place dumplings in the skillet, frying until golden brown on one side.
- Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover, and steam the dumplings for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the lid and let the dumplings crisp up before serving.
