Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and sauté onion, garlic, and carrot until soft.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
