  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in the red food coloring until fully incorporated.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  8. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
